Terms of Service

AEON is a platform that connects startup founders with independent mentors, and provides related tools such as an AI advisor, scheduling, and community. AEON facilitates connections and payments; it does not itself provide the mentorship advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AEON. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Mentors apply and are reviewed before being listed. Mentors set their own rates and availability and act as independent parties — not employees, partners, or agents of AEON.

Mentors are responsible for the advice they give and for meeting any applicable professional, tax, and legal obligations.

Founders can book sessions with mentors at the mentor’s listed rate. Bookings and any cancellation or refund terms are shown at the time of purchase.

AEON is not responsible for the outcome of any mentorship session or for decisions you make based on advice received.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When a founder books a mentor, AEON retains a platform fee and the remainder is paid to the mentor. Mentor accounts are free to create; fees apply only per booking.

You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for amounts you agree to.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting unlawful or misleading content, harassing others, attempting to bypass fees, scraping, or interfering with the security or operation of AEON.

AEON is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result, growth, funding, or business outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AEON’s total liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to AEON in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using AEON at any time.
