Account information: your name, email address, password, and role (founder or mentor). Mentors also provide professional details such as company, specialization, years of experience, and a short bio.

Verification materials: to keep the community trustworthy, mentors may submit proof of professional experience (for example, a LinkedIn profile or company link). We collect only what is needed to verify expertise and ask you not to submit government identification documents.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Usage information: we automatically collect basic technical data such as device, browser, pages viewed, and interactions, including through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

To create and manage your account, verify mentors, and provide the core platform — matching founders with mentors, scheduling sessions, and processing bookings.

To operate payments and payouts, send transactional emails (confirmations, approvals, notifications), provide support, and keep the platform secure.

To measure and improve the service, and — where permitted — to show relevant advertising and understand how people find AEON.

Between users: to make a booking work, relevant profile information is shared between a founder and the mentor they book.

Service providers: we use trusted vendors to run AEON, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), SendGrid (email), and Meta (advertising and measurement). They may process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of AEON and its users.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You can access or update most account information from your dashboard. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We honor valid requests as required by applicable law.

AEON is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
