Account details (name, email), booking and membership records, payment metadata (handled by our payment processor — AEON never stores card numbers), and usage data that helps us improve the platform.
2. How we use it
To operate your account and membership, match you with mentors, process payments, provide support, and send essential service communication. We do not sell personal data.
3. Sharing
Data is shared only with the processors that make AEON work (payments, hosting, communications) under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.
4. Retention & control
We keep data only as long as your account is active or as required by law. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time via aeonacademy6@gmail.com.
5. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is limited, logged and reviewed.
