Can I cancel or reschedule a session?+
Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 12 hours before the start time at no cost, directly from your dashboard.
What happens when my access expires?+
Your dashboard stays visible, but premium areas — mentors, AI advisor, community and downloads — lock automatically. Renew any plan from your dashboard and access is restored instantly. You never need to create a new account.
How are mentors verified?+
Every mentor passes a manual review: identity, track record, references and a live interview. Only operators who have actually built companies get the AEON Verified badge.
Do mentors set their own prices?+
Standard sessions are included with your access plan. Some mentors also offer premium sessions at their own hourly rate — always shown clearly on their profile before you book.
What happens after I book?+
You get an instant confirmation with the session link, calendar invite and your mentor's prep notes. Sessions run inside AEON — chat, voice and video included.
Is there a refund policy?+
If a mentor doesn't show, you're refunded in full — automatically. For anything else, write to us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
